Accessing Other Mailboxes (Departmental/Office Accounts)
- Sign in your online email, http://outlook.office.com
- Click on circle in upper right hand side (your picture or your initials)
- Click on “Open another mailbox“
- Type in the email you need to access, and select “Open“
- If you have permission to access, it will open in a new window

Resetting UM Password
IS&T is making it easier than ever for you to reset your password if you ever forget it or get locked out. We have collaborated with Microsoft to use their self-service password reset utility.
Visit Office 365, http://passwordreset.microsoftonline.com and complete the sign-up process using your existing username@kllkj.net and password that you login with today.
After you complete the registration process you can click on “Can’t access your account?” on the sign on page to reset or unlock your account from any device.

UM Voicemail
Your voicemail can be forwarded to your UM email. For more information on Voicemail, please see the help sheet linked VoIP Training page. Note the phone properties cannot be accessed off campus.
